About Elizabeth
Hi, I’m Elizabeth Anne, a trauma-informed therapist specializing in helping individuals and couples heal through some of life’s most difficult chapters—whether that’s navigating the heartbreak of infidelity, the emotional toll of infertility, or the complexities of postpartum mental health.
With a warm, grounded approach rooted in evidence-based practices such as EMDR, CBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I create a compassionate space for individuals to process trauma, rebuild trust, and reconnect with themselves and others. My work is deeply relational, and I believe that healing occurs in safe, attuned relationships both inside and outside the therapy room.
As someone who has walked through my own seasons of loss, transition, and growth, I bring both professional training and lived empathy to my work.
Whether you're coming in alone or as a couple, you’ll find a non-judgmental space where your story matters.
Compassionate, Grounded, and Centered on Your Healing.
I take an eclectic, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from trauma-informed practices while honoring each person’s lived experience. Above all, I center dignity, agency, and empowerment in every session—whether I’m supporting an individual in healing or helping a couple rebuild trust.
