About Elizabeth

For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of clinical therapy, survivor advocacy, and systemic change, supporting survivors of domestic sex trafficking and guiding organizations toward trauma-informed, survivor-centered care. Today, I carry that mission forward as a therapist, consultant, and survivor leader.

As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and couples heal from infidelity, childhood trauma, and maternal mental health challenges. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, and the Gottman Method, and is always guided by compassion, curiosity, and collaboration.

As a survivor leader, I bring both lived experience and professional insight to the work of creating systems that not only serve but truly empower survivors. Through my consulting and training under Elizabeth Anne LLC, I help nonprofits, service providers, and community organizations develop trauma-responsive frameworks that center dignity, healing, and sustainable change.

Healing is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is the work of building systems that support survivors. My goal is to help individuals reclaim their stories and to support the people and institutions who walk alongside them.

A Trauma-Informed, Survivor- Centered Approach

I bring an eclectic, evidence-based approach to my work, integrating survivors voices and other trauma-informed modalities. More importantly, I center dignity, agency, and empowerment in every interaction—whether with a survivor seeking support or an organization looking to do better.

How I Support Organizations & Nonprofits

I partner with organizations to create meaningful, trauma-informed frameworks that enhance their ability to serve survivors.

  • Helping nonprofits, shelters, and advocacy groups integrate trauma-informed practices that prioritize survivor well-being.

  • Designing survivor-centered programs, support groups, and therapy initiatives that align with best practices.

  • Providing therapy services for survivors, staff, and organizations looking to deepen their trauma-awareness.

  • Training professionals on the complexities of domestic sex trafficking, trauma recovery, and the importance of survivor-led initiatives.

Let’s Work Together

Building a truly trauma-informed movement requires collaboration. If your organization is looking to expand its survivor services, improve trauma-responsive policies, or create meaningful healing spaces, I’d love to partner with you.
